We offer shipping services from USPS, FedEx and DHL. If you choose to ship your package with one of the services the doesn’t include insurance and something happens to your package in shipping we are not liable for the damage. If your package is delivered and tracking information says it was delivered to your address there isn’t anything we can do to help you if it goes missing. Please reach out to the carrier, if you have insurance on your package we can file a claim and replace it up to the value of the insurance included. We are a small business and want to gain your repeat business so please make sure you choose what you are comfortable with when it comes to shipping.
If your package is damaged in shipping we will do our best to replace it, if you have insurance with your order please send pictures of the box when received so we can have that information for the claim.
First Class Package service(USPS) does not come with insurance, only tracking. If you want insurance please choose Priority mail or we can add on insurance for an additional fee.
We do ship to other countries, shipping Hemp CBD is still a grey area for most areas and if you order is not delivered due to local customs or government holding the shipment we can’t be responsible for refunding your order. It is your responsibility to be aware of your local government regulations and realize that we are not liable for orders not making it to you because of customs.
CBD Travka has no control over your packages and the amount of time it takes to deliver them once we ship them. The USPS is reliable and sometimes they are not, during the holidays and due to Covid they seem to be overwhelmed. We ship with the USPS to help support our local economy and provide you with the lowest cost shipping options.
We ship same day if payment is received prior to 5pm MST during the week.
Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to CBD.co due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.
Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.
Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused cbd products. Once it is received and verified unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued for that item after a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
We offer local Delivery – If you choose local delivery at checkout or leave a note for local delivery we do our best to deliver it within 14 hours of your order. We do offer local delivery within 10 miles of all our store, we don’t pay a special service and deliver these products ourselves so please understand we are doing what we can to help you and build a community. Ideally if you order before 5:30 local time and we can make it happen we will deliver the order to you. If you order after 5:30 we will deliver the package the following day after we close.
